Every month a group of dedicated volunteers meet online to work towards one common goal: Spread awareness about Senior Planets free resources to the older adults of America.The group does this through a variety of innovative means they brainstorm marketing ideas, create campaign materials, hang flyers, give feedback on ongoing projects and much more!In honor of National Volunteer Appreciation Month, we checked in with five of the committee members to chat about the benefits of donating their time to a cause theyre passionate about.To learn more about this volunteer opportunity and others, click here!Bonita, 76What do you get out of being on the Recruitment Committee?It was a challenge for me having been out of the workforce for some years now.

This program gave me the opportunity to create.My involvement has been incredibly rewarding and enriching.I find this volunteer work deeply fulfilling, and I am consistently impressed by the talent and collaborative spirit of our team members.
