I did adance conservatory training after my bachelors in dance and psychology.Then, I was a yoga instructor for about ayear before joining Senior Planet.

I went into Iyengar yoga after I had been injured, which meant me becoming more aware of the body and working with the body from an alignment perspective.The idea of sharing that knowledge was very exciting to me.Tina in performance.

Ive had students consistently in my class, twice a week, for the past four years, soits beautiful to see their progress.What are your hobbies outside of your work as an artist and as a Senior Planet trainer?
I like swimming in the summer Lake Michigan is really nice to float around in.I can go on and on about how that feeds into my artistic practice, but I wont.What does aging with attitude mean to you?
The attitude one gains with age comes with a sense of nuance.
